Roberto Oscar Freytes
Founding Partner
Roberto joined the firm in 1977 and is one of the founding partners.
He is a graduated Accountant and holds a Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration from the Catholic University of Argentina (Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina).
He was an Associate Professor of Tax Theory and Technique at the School of Economics, UBA, for more than 15 years.
Nowadays he is Professor of Taxation in the Postgraduate Degree of this university.
He was the Rapporteur for Argentina at the International Fiscal Association and at the Latin-American Institute of Tax Law (ILADT).
He is an active member of the Argentine Association of Tax Studies, of which he was its Treasurer and he was part of its Managing Board several times.
He is also an active member of the IFA (International Fiscal Association).
He is the author of many articles and speaker at seminars, conferences and courses about taxes.
At the beginning of his career he worked for Arthur Andersen & Co. (Pistrelli, Díaz y Asociados).
